Jillian Williams

Jillian is a Partner at Field Ventures. Prior to Field Ventures, Jillian was a Partner at Cowboy Ventures, seed stage venture fund, where she led investments in companies such as Basata, Capstack, and Continuum.

She started her venture career at Anthemis, an early stage fintech venture fund, where she led investments in companies such as Atomic, Maxwell, Pipe, and Power.

Jillian received her BA in Economics from Yale, is a lifelong New Yorker and an avid runner. She also co-heads the NYC Chapter of BLCK VC, a non-profit with the mission to engage and advance black investors.
